OakPlay accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BDO bank transfer, BPI bank transfer, and Metrobank bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your OakPlay account in real time for e-wallet transactions and within one (1) banking day for bank transfers, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
OakPlay does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which OakPlay accepts no responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your OakPlay account originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that method for withdrawals. OakPlay targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on business days. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking days to reflect in your account.
All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. OakPlay reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. OakPlay will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
All transactions on the OakPlay Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). OakPlay does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.
OakPlay is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of terrorism. OakPlay complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160), as amended. OakPlay reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other relevant authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.
OakPlay may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, all bonus funds credited to your OakPlay account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. OakPlay strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion multiple times using duplicate accounts; using bonus funds in a manner designed to circumvent wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, OakPlay reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or permanently close the player's account.
OakPlay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's account in accordance with the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
All games available on the OakPlay Platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and randomly for each round of play. OakPlay does not influence, adjust, or manipulate game outcomes in any way. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, OakPlay reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager placed for that round to the player's account. OakPlay will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. OakPlay may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OakPlay's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your OakPlay account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
OakPlay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if OakPlay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
OakPlay does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. OakPlay reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgment: You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on OakPlay. You accept full responsibility for your gaming decisions and any financial losses that result from your use of the Platform. OakPlay strongly encourages all players to set personal limits and to play responsibly.
OakPlay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where OakPlay reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, OakPlay reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in your account.

Prior to closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

In the event of any dispute between you and OakPlay arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
OakPlay's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to OakPlay's support team within seven (7) days of the relevant event.
